Found a solution. 2 of them actually.
First is fabFORCE's DBDesigner4
(http://www.fabforce.net/dbdesigner4/index.php). However I don't know
if I would trust this tool. They've pulled their support forum, and
they say "we will not provide any support from now on" as a result of
spammers hitting their forums. Instead, they have rolled their efforts
(as I understand it), to MySQL's Workbench project.
Workbench can be found at
http://www.mysql.com/products/tools/workbench/
http://downloads.mysql.com/docs/guibook-en.pdf
http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/gui-tools/5.0.html
With the last link being the download page.
Workbench is in alpha phase right now, so will have a number of changes
in the near future (hopefully it's not dragged out). But the little bit
I've played with it... WOW! It's rather slick. And so far I've only
reverse engineered an existing database.
