I think you are better off using proper CRM software then setting up a DB and using gui admin tools to enter data. What may be an 'overkill' feature in CRM initially may become useful in the future.<br><br>You didn't mention if you had any preference for free or open source software, so I'll assume that cheap and closed source is fine.<br>
<br>We use high rise hq for managing contacts.<br><br><a href="http://highrisehq.com/signup">http://highrisehq.com/signup</a><br><br>They have a free option that limits you to two users, but you can just share passwords.<br>
