Hi Hendrik, <br><br>Thanks for the tip. I thought the space might be a problem so earlier I tried to rename using konqueror but was successful. Konqueror, in su mode, returned "Could not rename file /media/USB DISK."<br>

Observation: "USB DISK" contains a space while "PATRIOT" does not. I<br>
