</div></div>The only card readers I've seen not work under Linux are the ones<br>
built into laptops.<br>

I haven't seen a USB card reader that didn't work with Linux. Any<br>
basic reader should do the trick.<br>

That said, I've seen many cameras that do not have a proper filesystem<br>
on the SD card, the only way to get the pictures is to use the USB<br>
cable. Hopefully this is not the case. If possible, take the SD card<br>
to the store, or to someone else's computer that has a card reader,<br>
and make sure you can get the files off of it that way first.<br>

You may also want to go to a store that carries Olympus cameras and<br>
ask if they have a replacement USB cable. It is a special cable (Type<br>
A -> Mini 12-pin,) but it is used by a wide range of Olympus cameras.<br>
