I have some idle bandwidth.  Enough for testing and/or low volume usage. 
  I'm not sure how much hardware has to be thrown at this - seems that 
if it can run a Ubuntu Server install at a reasonable rate, it should be 
sufficient.  In that case, yes, I do have some hardware I can make use 
of - though I'm probably looking at a new server soonish anyways.

I'm sure we can find/arrange space.  But I'm not sure if "workshop" is 
quite the right term. :)  I think it would be more of a work effort - 
i.e. our effort to try to get the thing running.  But that seems like a 
cool sort of mentoring/knowledge sharing session.

I can spearhead this (coordinate with the exec, book rooms, etc) if 
there is enough interest.
