[clug-talk] Video transcoding for specific devices

A couple of years ago I was using an app for an, erm, competing
operating system.   I'm pretty sure the app was 'Video9' - worked fine.
Don't travel or use the PSP as much the last couple of years so this is
probably pretty stale.
