I was recently just on the job hunt, let me just say to get a *nix based
job I was going nuts.. I try to avoid all windows, I am not good with it
and I have no desire to become a Windows / AD admin.
They are out there, the nix jobs... I would run by 1 or so a week, but I
think there is a lot of competition out there.
I had even turned to recruiters, but they never panned out.
I ended up getting hired perm at a place I did a 5 month contract with
last year.
I will keep an eye out though if I see anything, my resume is still out
there floating around, I've got a few residual calls.. if anyone else
calls me I will take their info down and forward it to you.
