Off the top of my head, I don't know. What I do know is that screen is
scary with the number of options and features that it has. The keyboard
sequence I listed below initiates "copy mode". I would be surprised if
it could not be made to do what you want it to.
man screen, http://mail.gnu.org/archive/html/screen-users are probably
two places to start first. A google of gnu screen should get a lot of hits.
