I have the Samba-3 by example book. It is really good for stepping you
through the various stages. It covers small work group usage all the
way through enterprise deployments.
There is also the Samba-3 official reference and how-to by the same
author and publisher.

I am interested in Postfix as well. I also have the O'Reilly postfix
book (I seem to have a lot of books).
