Your cups configuration is stored in /etc/cups/printers.conf
If you post this config here, make sure to check for usernames and
passwords, as they may exist in this file (and you probably don't want
the world at large to see them).

You can manage your printers by clicking on Print System -> Manage
Printers in the KDE menu

If this does no exist, you should be able to get to the same place by
clicking System Settings -> Printers
