That would be correct, but the way you do it will be rather convoluted.
On your wireless router, the IP address is 192.168.0.1
<http://192.168.0.1> so you will have to have a computer that is
192.168.0.x <http://192.168.0.1> before you can see it.
Once you can see the wireless router, then you can change ti to
192.168.5.6 <http://192.168.5.6> now your test computer will not be able
to see anything.
Now change your test computer back to DHCP for IP lease, now you should
be able to see the IPCop box, your wireless router which you are using
as a switch and access point.
