Additional topics but not sure if appropriate for this sig.  There are a 
number of hands-on projects that I am thinking about that relates to 
business but more to do with Linux.

Hacking a wireless router to load an alternative OS with greater 
transmission power.

Hacking Linksys NSLU2 to use alternative filesystem besides FAT32.

Some more appropriate topics or workshops

Accounting 101 for small business using gnucash or sql-ledger (still 
haven't done the latter yet).

Alternative phone system for a small business.
