[clug-talk] Nagios and Net-SNMP

well, after digging and reading.... I actually found the basis of the
problem, I didn't have net snmp installed on my webserver (FC1) and
that's proving to be a challenge to get installed.

so I'll get back to you all when I've fixed that.
