I think mark is looking for internet applications that run on Linux or are 
OSS.  Gmail and flash games don't quite fit that criteria.. .:)  (PCLinuxOS 
is closer though.. )

I kontact, because it's simple, meets my needs, and I can't be bothered to 
install another tool to do the same job.
I use Konqueror, because the flexibility of it is amazing (fish, split panels, 
tabs, file system/web page browsing, etc.)
I use Azureus because it's simple to install and use.
