You didn't really mention what your problems are.
Do you get any website ... is the virtual host working properly? Do you get
any error messages ... anywhere? Is IIS working with PHP properly ... can
you get phpfino() to work? Is PHP loading the MySQL module? Is MySQL
working all by itself ... can you connect with MySQL admin?
There are numerous possibilities. Get one piece working ... and move onto the
next small piece.
