Hi All,

Some of you may recall an earlier post where I was looking for 
suggestions for a good CRM program.

I found a good candidate at crm-ctt.com.  It is web-based using MySQL & 
PHP.  I have downloaded the manual and read through a couple of times 
but I can't seem to get it up and running.  I don't know if I am brain 
farting or missing something obvious.

I have installed the latest MySQL & PHP and set-up a virtual directory 
in IIS.  The test environment I am trying to set up now is on a Windows 
XP, but will be transferred to the server later.

I have read through the readme and those instructions are basically the 
same as in the manual.  It talks about navigating to the installation 
directory but for the life of me I can't figure out where that is. 
There is an install.php script in the root folder which I assume is used 
to install it, but I can't get it to install.  Anyone have any ideas as 
to why this may not be working?  It is ok to say I am a tool if you 
think that might be the issue :-)
