I would suggest using Dans Gaurdian (http://dansguardian.org/) which is free 
for non-commercial use - If you are looking for a complete firewall setup, 
Use Ip-Cop with the Dans Gaurdian addon 
(http://www.dageek.co.uk/ipcop/addonz/dansguardian.htm)
