If your talking about virtual desktops in your window manager, then you could
try using the keyboard shortcut. In KDE I think it is Ctrl-Tab. However, you
will probably have put the game into windowed mode (ie. not full screen). In
order to switch virtual desktops. If you are running multiple X servers, then
you could hit Ctrl-Alt-F8 or whatever the location of the second X server is.
Alternatively you could run the game within an XNest session, which would keep
it within a window, you could then continue to use your desktop or run another
XNest session with a different desktop. If you are using a Xinerama display then
you should be able to move the mouse over to the second screen and use that part
of the desktop while the game is running (I know this works in applications such
as VLC and TVTime while they are in full screen mode.
