Well seeing as its a server It shouldn't need to many programs and if 
you or him have a shaw home connection (dl at 300KB/s to 400KB/s steady 
or about 1MB/s burst) or better it shouldn't take more than 12 hours to 
install through FTP, if you start now it should be done by lunch tomorrow.

also most if not all AMD 64 bit chips should be able to fully emulate 32 
bit. so you could install it with the discs use it like that or upgrade 
everything to 64bit  but im far less sure on if that is possible but 
should be (to upgrade).
