Sorry, I think this needs elaborating. The user who submits messages to this 
mailing list has their email address available if someone wants to send a 
reply to them directly. The archive strips out these email addresses from the 
headers. If you have included an email address in the body of the message, it 
should remain there, I don't know and don't care to test this.
