I've heard good things about both the TinyMCE & FCK Editors:

Subject: [clug-progsig] webbased wysiwyg html editors

Hi I am working on a CMS system and I have a quick question.

What web-based WYSIWYG HTML editors does everyone embedded in there sites?

I have found: FCKeditor, tinymce, and openWYSIWYG.

Thanks
