Maybe not KDevelop, but just for the record...
the QT libraries are available for Windows - which means you can write a
QT desktop app on Windows, and have it run on Linux with a simple
recompile (no code changes), or build on Linux and recompile for Windows...
But QT is beyond what Mitchell should be learning at this point... :)
